The first vintage produced dates back to 2016. This wine is aged for 3 months in steel and at least 3 months in the bottle.
On the nose it releases intense hints of yellow pulp fruit combined with delicate floral notes. On the palate turns out dry, balanced with the beautiful freshness typical of the variety and releases a long finish in the mouth to be savored.
A versatile and tantalizing wine, which on the table it goes perfectly with first courses, risottos, vegetable salads, soft cheeses, fish dishes and white meats.
