Arzanà is born from the grapes of vineyards that have their roots in the precious area of Cartizze; it is produced with Glera berries, a typical variety used for this type, from vines with an average age of around 10-20 years.
The harvest is carried out manually, in the period of time from the end of September to the first half of October, after pressing the must goes into an autoclave where the sparkling process takes place. The bottled Arzanà remains in the cellar for 4-6 weeks, where it becomes frank, clear and pleasantly creamy.
When poured, its pale straw yellow color can be admired, with a very fine-grained perlage. Intense and fragrant aromas rise to the nose, mainly fruity, typical of the genus, of apple and dried fruit, walnut husk and almond. The flavor is intense and full, extremely fruity and very enveloping, very pleasant on the palate.
Perfect as an aperitif and excellent with fish starters, first and second courses.
