The Moscato d'Asti DOCG "Cascina Fiori" from Oddero is an exaltation of the sweetness and aroma of the Moscato Bianco vine, grown in the hills of Piedmont, a region known for its wine excellence. The Oddero winery, a historic wine-producing family with roots that extend for centuries in the Langhe area, stands out for its dedication to quality and respect for the terroir, producing wines that reflect the identity and richness of the region.

Moscato d'Asti "Cascina Fiori" is the result of a careful selection of the best Moscato grapes, grown in vineyards located in ideal positions to guarantee perfect maturation. The winemaking, carefully monitored to preserve the natural aromas and freshness of the grape variety, includes fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by a short refinement which keeps the liveliness and exuberance of the wine intact.

Visually, Moscato d'Asti "Cascina Fiori" has a light, brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections that capture the light. On the nose, the wine unfolds an intensely aromatic bouquet, dominated by floral notes of acacia and wisteria, enriched by nuances of peach, apricot and citrus, with a hint of aromatic herbs that adds complexity.

In the mouth, Moscato d'Asti "Cascina Fiori" from Oddero reveals a balanced sweetness, supported by a fresh acidity which gives the wine liveliness and lightness. The flavors of fresh fruit blend with delicate floral notes, creating a harmonious and inviting palate, with a pleasant effervescence that accentuates its freshness and agility. The finish is long and persistent, with a sweetness that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts, fresh fruit and blue cheeses, Moscato d'Asti "Cascina Fiori" is also perfect for celebrating special occasions or to end a meal with a note of lightness and refinement.

In conclusion, the Moscato d'Asti DOCG "Cascina Fiori" from Oddero is a testimony to the Piedmontese winemaking art, which manages to express the joy and sweetness of the Moscato grape in a form that is both refined and exuberant, offering a tasting experience that enchants the senses.

Winery history
The Oddero family has been in La Morra since the 18th century; the modern estate dates from 1878, when the first Giacomo Oddero began bottling wines under the family name. In the 20th century, the management of Giacomo helped consolidate the estate’s reputation; today the business is run by the next generations, who maintain the family tradition while expanding the vineyards and production.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to express the terroir by working with careful attention in the vineyard and with respect for the environment: organic practices and sustainable management are adopted to showcase the individual crus and preserve the heritage of the Langhe. In the cellar, priority is given to preserving the integrity of the grapes and to aging in large casks for wines that evolve over time.
Terroir and vineyards
Langhe, based in Santa Maria di La Morra; vineyards and grapes sourced from numerous crus of Barolo and Barbaresco, including Brunate, Vignarionda, Rocche di Castiglione, Bussia, Villero and Monvigliero, as well as estates in the Asti area.
