Domaine de Bellene's Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes is an authentic and profound expression of Pinot Noir, coming from ancient vineyards that give the wine extraordinary concentration and complexity. Located in the heart of Burgundy, Domaine de Bellene is known for its dedication to sustainable viticulture and for producing wines that faithfully reflect the unique character of each individual terroir. The philosophy of the domain is based on the harmony between environmentally friendly agricultural practices and winemaking techniques that aim to enhance the natural expression of the grape variety and soil.

The "Vieilles Vignes", or old vines, are vineyards that are over thirty years of age, some of which even reach much older ages. These vines have deep roots that explore large layers of the soil, managing to capture unique elements which they then transfer to the grapes. As a result, the wines produced from these vineyards tend to have a greater aromatic intensity, complexity and structure that only time can confer.

Domaine de Bellene's Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes is vinified with the aim of preserving the integrity of the fruit and the purity of the flavors. After a manual harvest, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts, and are then refined in oak barriques, which help integrate the flavors without overpowering the distinctive character of Pinot Noir.

Visually, the wine has a medium intensity ruby red color, typical of Pinot Noir. On the nose, it offers a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruit such as cherries and wild strawberries, enriched by floral nuances, sweet spices and a subtle hint of undergrowth, which adds depth and olfactory suggestion.

In the mouth, the wine is elegant and well balanced, with fine tannins and a lively acidity that supports its harmony and length. The aromatic palette is reconfirmed, offering a rich and satisfying tasting experience, with a persistent finish that invites reflection and pleasure.

Ideal in combination with red meats, game, mushroom dishes and medium-aged cheeses, the Savigny-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes by Domaine de Bellene is an expression of rare beauty of Burgundian Pinot Noir, a wine that celebrates tradition and innovation while respecting the territory.
