The Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT from the Alcesti winery captures the essence of the Sicilian sun and the richness of the terroir it comes from. Produced from the Zibibbo grape variety, also known as Moscato d'Alessandria, this wine offers a particularly expressive olfactory and gustatory experience.

To the eye, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, the Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT from Alcesti is intensely aromatic, characterized by fragrances of tropical fruits such as mango and papaya, combined with floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. This aromatic bouquet undoubtedly invites tasting.

On the palate, the wine surprises with its perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. The sweetness is never overpowering but well balanced with a fresh acidity that gives the wine a pleasant drinkability and long persistence. The fruity and floral sensations perceived on the nose are also mirrored on the palate, making the tasting experience extremely pleasant and harmonious.

This Zibibbo pairs magnificently with seafood cuisine, particularly with spicy dishes or sweet fruit-based dishes. It is also an excellent companion for a relaxing evening or a special toast thanks to its pleasant freshness and liveliness.

Producing a Zibibbo of this quality requires passion and dedication, qualities that the Alcesti winery infuses into all stages of production, from vine care to winemaking. The choice to cultivate the grapes in Sicily is not accidental but driven by the desire to make the most of the ideal climatic conditions that characterize the island, giving this wine unique and distinctive characteristics.
