Produced by fermentation and maceration for approximately 8-10 days with indigenous yeasts and a short maceration in contact with the pomace. Subsequently the wine is decanted into large wooden barrels.
The quality of Nebbiolo is a quality of vine grape which is characterized above all by strong and structured aromas, even the younger and less elaborate wines are still very well placed from an organoleptic point of view.
Intense ruby red colour, young and fresh nose, with leather notes typical of the grape. On the sip it appears soft with a sweet and traditional tannin, elegant and persistent which makes its flavors intensely savored.
