Produced by fermentation and maceration for approximately 8-10 days with indigenous yeasts and a short maceration in contact with the pomace. Subsequently, to structure the wine, aging in wood continues for approximately 6 months.
The quality of Nebbiolo is a quality of vine grape which is characterized above all by strong and structured aromas, even the younger and less elaborate wines are still very well placed from an organoleptic point of view.
Intense ruby red colour, young and fresh nose, with leather notes typical of the grape. Slightly sparkling on the palate, it is a fantastic wine to savor to try not always the usual wine.
