Like Valbòn, Fardèr is also a name that recalls the Venetian inflection, with its characteristic accents and the elision of the final vowel.
After a cold maceration of 12-18 hours, the second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, with refermentation in an autoclave for about 30 days at a temperature of 16-18°.
In the glass it has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The nose immediately reveals an elegant and seductive bouquet with floral aromas of rose petals, with a fantastic fusion of apple and peach. On the palate it has a good and soft structure.
A perfect bubbly for cocktails and aperitifs, first courses based on fish and shellfish that will prove to be satisfying and always well appreciated.
