Intense aromas, full-bodied and elegant, it brings to mind memories of dried violets and morello cherries in alcohol; on the finish it lends sweet notes of caramel and vanilla to the nose.
It presents itself with fantastic ruby reds and purplish edges, with pleasantly tannic flavors, it is further refined in the bottle reaching a harmonic fullness.
Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature, to then move on to aging in small oak barrels for 12/15 months.
