The Prosecco Extra Dry Blue Pearl by Piera Martellozzo is a bright and vibrant expression of the Glera grape, cultivated in the fertile soils of Veneto, a region with a long-standing winemaking tradition in Italy. This sparkling wine, with its captivating fine and persistent perlage, stands out for its elegance and harmonious balance.

On the nose, the Prosecco Extra Dry Blue Pearl offers a seductive range of aromas, including notes of white fruits like pear and green apple, enriched by a slight floral hint of wisteria and acacia. The olfactory approach is immediately fresh and welcoming, foreshadowing a pleasant and stimulating tasting experience.

On the palate, this Prosecco surprises with its freshness and liveliness. The attack is smooth, thanks to the well-balanced residual sugar that perfectly complements the wine’s natural acidity. The finish is clean, with a pleasant aromatic persistence that invites another sip. Its balanced structure makes it perfect both as an aperitif and paired with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers or fresh vegetables.

Ideal for celebrating special occasions or elevating an everyday moment, the Prosecco Extra Dry Blue Pearl by Piera Martellozzo is an excellent choice for those seeking a sparkling wine with character, combining tradition and pleasure in every glass. Winery history
The company’s history dates back to the late 19th century, with the first generation of the Martellozzo family active in 1899 in the province of Padua. In the 1990s Piera, of the third generation, took the helm of the business, began re-evaluating indigenous grape varieties and launched its first organic line. In the early 2000s the headquarters were consolidated in San Quirino, in the Friuli Grave area, serving as the starting point for expansion into national and international markets.
Production philosophy
The estate combines respect for the land with an innovative approach: careful selection of well‑suited vineyard parcels, the production of wines that reflect the local territory, and a focus on sustainable practices through measures such as photovoltaic systems, lightweight packaging, water reuse and careful selection of label materials.
Terroir and vineyards
Primarily operating in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, with ties to the Triveneto region; the wines are an expression of gravelly soils and a microclimate tempered by the Adriatic and sheltered by the mountains to the north.
