It's a night of the month of April and the founder Piera Martellozzo is delighted and fascinated by the great Pink Moon. Dso he wants to enclose Land his emotions in an extraordinary wine with a rosy color like the celestial star by which it was literally conquered.
The grape harvest is done at the end of September. After spontaneous fermentation in small tanks, the wine is left to mature in steel and subsequently refined in glass for a few months.
It is a conquest for the eyes thanks to its enchanting pink color like peach blossoms, clear and bright. The nose inebriates with its bouquet of fruit from the undergrowth with hints of cherry, grapefruit and rose. On the palate it is fresh and delicate and guarantees a quality drink, with a long, constantly evolving finish.
