This wine is produced following the rigorous traditional method, which includes a second fermentation in the bottle and a maturation period on the lees that lasts at least 24 months.
Villa Bokè, a winery located in the heart of Franciacorta, is renowned for its dedication to the art of winemaking, using only grapes from its own vineyards. The Franciacorta Rosè Brut Millesimato is primarily composed of Pinot Nero, which makes up about 85%, with the addition of Chardonnay.
