San Cristoforo's Franciacorta Rosé DOCG Brut is a very elegant bubble, with a taste-olfactory trait that focuses on fruitiness and sapidity. A company that is confirmed as a family-run reality, focused on the production of the Classic Method in Lombardy. A wise, simple and immediate experience, which is also found in this excellent Rosé, a label which, among its various advantages, also has that of being able to combine it with different ingredients and preparations.

A Spumante that comes from the use of pure Pinot Noir. The vines have an average age of about 18 years, grow in Guyot training in a single plot of about two hectares, located in the municipality of Erbusco, characterized by a morainic subsoil and clayey.

After harvesting, the grapes undergo a light pressing, followed by maceration on the skins for 4-6 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the refermentation of the Classic Method takes place directly in the bottle. The sparkling wine remains on the lees for a total of 24 months.

Once poured into the glass, the Rosé shows off a beautiful concentrated pink colour, characterized by some light and brilliant reflections tending towards coppery.

The perlage is fine, subtle and persistent. The nose reveals refined and delicate citrus scents of blood oranges, which alternate with delicious fruity nuances, enriched with mineral references.

It amazes the palate with a fresh and mineral taste, it flows harmoniously and lively with a hint of citrus, it has a medium intensity and a lot of balance. Only a few bottles of this excellent and elegant label are produced each year.

It goes perfectly with smoked fish appetizers, risotto with seafood, white fish soup, hot fish appetizers.
