Vibrant and enveloping, produced in purity from Pinot Noir grapes only, vinified for at least 36 months in steel on the lees.
A rosé that does not look like a rosé. An intense and structured rosé, with sculpted flavors, which amazes even for its great freshness.
A mix between the intensity and body of a warm red, and the freshness of a rosé. On the nose, the alternation of perceptions fascinate: currant and raspberry, cherry and citrus with evident mineral notes, thus giving that perfect perception of freshness.
On the palate it is full, savory and lively, suitable for pairing with both red meat dishes and excellent fish.
