Velère is a very pleasant Veneto-Friuli Prosecco produced with 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero grapes, which has been enriched with an unprecedented pink shade.
It is part of the "Venice" Collection, unmistakable for the particular bottles worked with soft shapes.
Sfollows the disciplinary that requires an assembly of Glera grapes with a red wine produced from Pinot Noir. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave, with a subsequent brief stop on the yeasts to make the tenuous color stable, this makes the whole more harmonious with a hint of sweetness, to make the wine even more drinkable.
The result is a new bubble with a pale pink color with a strong character, a fine and persistent perlage. An extremely elegant prosecco with a pleasantly fruity and floral scent. With a pleasantly balanced characteristic flavor.
Valère is a bottle designed by Astoria to pay homage to the artisans, who with their art made the sails for the Galleys of the Serenissima Republic. The right wine to start a lunch or dinner with friends. Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with a fish menu, but it can also be enjoyed with some delicious dishes such as pizza or a nice savory pie.
