A slightly sparkling, elegant and pleasant rosé wine, made with 100% Negroamaro grapes. The vinification involves a short cryomaceration on the skins in a soft press, with flotation of the sediments with nitrogen to obtain cleaning of the must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C; this is stopped with low temperature and tangential filtration at 12.5% vol. It refines in steel with the addition of carbon dioxide and periodic suspension of the lees.
It sports a beautiful light pink color with purplish highlights. The olfactory profile is particularly seductive and inebriating defined by aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers. The sip conquers the palate with its pleasant liveliness.
It is recommended to combine it with delicate vegetable-based dishes or sip it as an aperitif; try the combination with pizza margherita and 4 cheeses.
