Visually, the Cuvee Rosé enchants with its soft and luminous pink color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage that dances in the glass, heralding a rich and engaging tasting experience. On the nose, it reveals itself with a delicate but expressive bouquet, where the notes of small red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, blend with light nuances of bread crust and yeasts, the result of long aging on the yeasts which gives complexity and depth.
