A garden of aromas and flavors, the Collio Pinot Nero IGP from the renowned Novaj vineyards of Vigna del Lauro, shines with its elegant complexity. This wine, a symbol of the winemaking excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia, presents itself with a bright ruby red color, a prelude to its olfactory and taste qualities.

The harvest, carried out by hand with meticulous attention, ensures that each Pinot Nero grape reaches the perfect point of ripeness. The wine then matures in oak barrels, during which it acquires a range of aromatic nuances ranging from notes of cherry and raspberry to more subtle touches of vanilla and earthy spices.

On the palate, the Collio Pinot Nero IGP is soft and velvety, with a balanced structure that echoes its aromatic refinement. The acidity is well-balanced and the aftertaste is lingering, offering a pleasantly long finish that invites another sip.

Perfect for pairing with dishes of red meats, game, or aged cheeses, this wine enhances every meal, turning it into a special occasion. Its finesse also makes it suitable as the star of a targeted tasting, where it can be appreciated in its full sensory expression.

Invite your customers to discover the Collio Pinot Nero IGP from Vigna del Lauro, a wine that tells the story of a territory through the sensations it provides with each sip.
