The Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Rouge by M. Chapoutier is a representative example of the quality and expressiveness of the wines of the Rhône Valley. This red wine is part of the "Belleruche" line, which aims to offer high quality wines at an affordable price, maintaining a high level of terroir expression. Michel Chapoutier, one of the region's most innovative and respected producers, is known for his dedication to biodynamic viticulture and his philosophy of "letting the soil speak", which is reflected in the purity and authenticity of his wines.

Belleruche Rouge is typically a blend of Grenache and Syrah, two varieties that find the ideal conditions in the Rhone Valley to fully express their character. Grenache contributes its fruitiness and softness, while Syrah adds structure, spiciness and floral notes, creating a harmonious and complex balance.

Visually, the wine presents a deep ruby red color. On the nose, Belleruche Rouge offers a rich bouquet of ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, along with spicy notes of black pepper and a light floral touch. The careful processing and the skilful use of wood during the aging phase give the wine further nuances of sweet spices and vanilla, enriching its flavor profile without overpowering the freshness of the fruit.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced and rounded, with soft and well-integrated tannins that support a beautiful structure. The acidity is lively, helping to keep the wine fresh and pleasantly drinkable. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant return of the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

Thanks to its versatility and accessibility, M. Chapoutier's Côtes du Rhône Belleruche Rouge is perfect for pairing with a wide range of dishes, including roasts, grilled meats, vegetable dishes and medium-aged cheeses. It is also an excellent wine to drink on its own, as an opportunity to appreciate the quality and expressiveness of the wines of the Rhône Valley.
