Bila-Haut Rouge - M. Chapoutier is a red wine that comes from the Roussillon region of southern France, an area known for its incredible diversity of landscapes and terroirs that help produce wines of distinctive character. Michel Chapoutier, renowned producer from the Rhône Valley, has extended his passion and oenological commitment to this region too, where he practices a respectful approach to the land, often oriented towards biodynamics, to best express the essence of the terroir in every bottle.

Bila-Haut Rouge is mainly composed of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes, vines that find the warm and sunny climate of Roussillon the ideal place to ripen and develop a rich range of aromas and flavours. Chapoutier's philosophy focuses on maximum varietal and territorial expression, resulting in wines that faithfully reflect the identity and complexity of their origin.

At sight, the wine has a deep and intense red color. On the nose, the Bila-Haut Rouge offers a rich aromatic palette, characterized by notes of red and black fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, together with touches of spices, aromatic herbs and a subtle mineral aftertaste, which testifies to the rocky composition of the soil of this region.

In the mouth, the wine expresses a beautiful structure, supported by soft but present tannins, which intertwine harmoniously with a well-balanced acidity. Fruity richness blends with spicy and earthy elements, leading to a lingering and satisfying finish, which invites another sip.

Ideal to accompany a variety of dishes, from simple barbecues to more elaborate dishes based on red meat, game and mature cheeses, Bila-Haut Rouge - M. Chapoutier is a wine that tells the story and passion of a rich and generous, offering a compelling and authentic tasting experience.
