This Lambrusco Frizzante IGT, from the renowned Ceci winery, is a tribute to the vibrant character of Emilia-Romagna.

Otello Blue by Ceci is known for its deeply red, almost black color, which immediately captures attention. This sparkling wine is primarily made from Lambrusco Maestri grapes, passionately and dedicatedly cultivated in the fertile Emilian valleys, which are ideal for this variety of vine.

On the nose, Otello Blue offers an exuberant bouquet with notes of ripe forest fruits such as blackberries and raspberries, which blend harmoniously with floral nuances and a light touch of spices. This olfactory complexity invites one to discover the taste, which proves to be lively and fresh.

On the palate, the vivacity of the bubbles pleasantly balances with a moderate sweetness and a soft structure. The abundant fruitiness persists, accompanied by a pleasant acidity that makes the wine particularly refreshing and enjoyable to drink.

With its effervescence and freshness, Lambrusco Otello Blue is an excellent companion for traditional dishes from Emilian cuisine, like cured meats and aged cheeses, yet it surprisingly pairs well with seafood dishes or pizza.

Perfect to be served chilled, Otello Blue invites lively and convivial toasts, maintaining that distinctive character that only a true Lambrusco can offer. A wine that celebrates the roots of its land with every sip.
