The grape harvest takes place starting from the second half of September. After the collection, it follows delicate crushing and pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (18°C) for about 12 days. The wine is then decanted and bottled and aged in the bottle for a short time.
A wine that stands out in the glass for its fairly intense straw yellow colour. The sense of smell is seduced by the fruity aromas of apple and pear, pleasantly blended with delicate floral scents.
A white that immediately conquers for its freshness and persistence on the palate, with a slightly mineral finish. At the table it is excellent in combination with fish first courses with delicate dishes, fish dishes au gratin and cooked or raw seafood appetizers.
