Elevantum is a unique Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, like the land of Prosecco Superiore: Valdobbiadene. It is a wine made with softly pressed glera grapes, then fermented with selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature. There are 5 months in which it rests on the lees in steel autoclaves, using the long Charmat method and then further refines in the bottle for a period of at least 2 months.
At sight it appears with a straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections, with a subtle and persistent perlage. It seduces the sense of smell with delicate floral aromas that blend with fruity nuances of pear and Golden apple. From the first sip, a refined glass appears on the palate with an excellent persistence of aroma and flavor that make it an ideal companion for aperitifs or to be served with fish-based dishes.
