A Classic Method obtained from Glera grapes grown on soils with a rich limestone composition. Fermentation takes place in the bottle, resting on the lees, for a minimum of 24 months before disgorgement, with a dosage of only 6 g/l of residual sugar.
It has an inviting bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, with a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity hints of ripe apple, Williams pear and yellow peach arrive on the nose, accompanied by floral references of jasmine and dried fruit. The taste makes use of a vivid freshness enhanced by effervescence, an aromatic citrus and floral sip, with a very pleasant balsamic finish.
Thanks to its sapidity and freshness, it goes perfectly with fish-based first and second courses such as gnocchi with Mazara red prawns or mixed fried seafood.
