The Pinot Bianco DOC from Von Blumen is a true expression of Alto Adige, a region renowned for its elegant and character-rich white wines. This wine is cultivated in vineyards located on sunny slopes, where the mineral-rich soil and the cool Alpine climate encourage the development of high-quality Pinot Bianco grapes.

The winemaking process at Von Blumen follows traditional methods, incorporating gentle maceration and subsequent fermentation at controlled temperatures to preserve the fresh aromas and fruity notes of the grape variety. The wine then matures in stainless steel barrels for several months before bottling, thus ensuring its freshness and purity.

Visually, this Pinot Bianco presents a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it stands out for its aromatic bouquet of green apples, pears, and floral hints, with a light touch of fresh almond adding complexity. On the palate, the entrance is soft, followed by fresh acidity that leads to a persistent and pleasantly savory finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Pinot Bianco DOC from Von Blumen pairs beautifully with light starters, fish dishes, seafood, and poultry. It also serves as an excellent complement to vegetarian dishes and fresh salads.

In summary, the Pinot Bianco DOC from Von Blumen is a wine that offers a perfect balance of fruity aromas and freshness, magnificently representing the quality and elegance that the wines of Alto Adige are capable of delivering.
