The harvest takes place in the first ten days of October. After the harvest, and subsequent delicate pressing, followed by cold maceration for about 24 hours at 10 ° C. After soft pressing, the must is left to decant for 36 hours, before being decanted and left to ferment at a temperature of 18 ° C. The
After a couple of months of storage on the fine lees, the wine is decanted and then bottled and finally aged in the bottle for a few months before being marketed.
A refined wine that stands out in the glass for its bright cherry pink color. The nose is seduced by the aromas of fresh red fruit among which pomegranate, cherry, wild strawberries and raspberry stand out, pleasantly blended with delicate floral notes and spicy aromas in the background. On the palate it is savory, consistent and incredibly fresh.
A rosé that presents silky and soft tannins on the palate, with an extraordinary drinkability and that in the finish evokes references to the palate with an almond aftertaste. Pleasant as an aperitif and amazing, thanks to the tannins and good acidity, in combination with grilled fish, white meats, legume soups and medium-aged cheeses.
