Golden yellow in colour, 100% Organic Chardonnay.
Produced in purity from 100% Chardonnay grapes, intense, complex with fruity notes and bread crust.
Initially notes of ripe citrus fruits, spices and aromas of bread crust are perceived.
With a rich and savory sip, it leaves a remarkable freshness in the mouth.
It is divided into two parts, of which 30% aged for 3 months in barriques and the remaining part in steel. Subsequently, the production cycle is completed by a year of aging in the bottle.
