Winery history Levii

Levii was established as a project to restore the vineyard areas of Stenico and Bleggio in the Giudicarie, led by partners Cesare and Riccardo. The company was founded in 2012 and rehabilitated abandoned vineyards to relaunch local production of Trento DOC sparkling wine.

Production philosophy

Production focused on mountain quality: hand-harvested and carefully selected grapes, the practice of Metodo Classico to produce elegant, long-evolving sparkling wines, with attention to the territory and local identity.

Terroir and vineyards

South-facing vineyards on steep slopes above the Sarca stream, at high elevations in the Stenico and Bleggio areas, benefiting from the Ora del Garda breezes and the currents from the Brenta Dolomites.
