Winery Matteo Soria

Soria is a family-run winery with historic roots on the Colle di San Martino in Castiglione Tinella. Management has remained within the family over generations, and local traditions and handed-down practices are now integrated with modern winemaking technologies for the handling and preservation of the grapes.

Combining the tradition of the area's Moscato with contemporary winemaking techniques: preserving aromas through cold-chain control, ensuring quality in the cellar, and enhancing the local vineyard heritage.

Located in the frazione of San Martino di Castiglione Tinella, the winery benefits from hills with pale, sandy soils typical of the area. The region has a long history of cultivating Moscato Bianco and is characterized by a high density of vineyards devoted to this grape.
