The Spumante Moscato D’Asti DOCG Extra Brut - Matteo Soria is born in the hills of Piedmont, a region renowned for the production of aromatic and fresh wines. Made entirely with Moscato Bianco grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for an elegant and refined profile, thanks to a controlled secondary fermentation that gives it fine bubbles and an unusual dryness for this denomination.

In the glass, it offers a bright straw-yellow color, while on the nose it opens with intense floral notes of orange blossoms and hints of fresh fruit such as peach and apricot. The sip is pleasantly fresh and savory, characterized by a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and the natural varietal sweetness, greatly reduced thanks to the extra brut version, which makes this Moscato versatile even in food pairings. Ideal throughout the meal, it pairs well with light appetizers, fresh cheeses, not overly sweet desserts, and Mediterranean cuisine dishes.

A modern expression of Moscato d’Asti, which finds a dry and highly distinctive interpretation with Matteo Soria, perfect for those seeking freshness and originality in the glass.
