Winery Moulin de Gassac

Moulin de Gassac originated as a selection created by the Guibert family in the early 1990s to enhance local plots and rescue vines threatened by uprooting imposed by community programs. The official website notes that the first cuvée, "Figaro", from 1993 received international recognition in its category.
