Winery Cantine Pellegrino

Le Cantine Pellegrino has its roots in Marsala and is recognized as a historic presence in Sicilian winemaking. Founded by the Pellegrino family, the company has developed across multiple estates and expanded production to include still wines, fortified wines and passito wines — including those from Pantelleria — while maintaining a production structure differentiated by type and region.

Showcasing native grape varieties and the territories of western Sicily by adopting specialized practices for each production: dedicated wineries and teams for table wines, Marsala and the passito wines of Pantelleria. There is a focus on sustainable practices, and some product lines come from vineyards managed according to organic methods.

They operate mainly in the Agro Trapanese, with wineries and estates located between Marsala and Pantelleria. The vineyards span the various microclimates of western Sicily, with production focused on local varieties, including bush-trained vines on Pantelleria for zibibbo.
