Winery Pellegrino 1880

Le Cantine Pellegrino was founded in Marsala at the end of the 19th century. The business was started by the Pellegrino family and, over the decades, expanded through the acquisition of multiple estates and the creation of dedicated wineries. The company progressively added white and red wines, lines of passiti and a Marsala line, developing international exports while maintaining family management.

Showcase western Sicily through wines that reflect its diverse local vocations; harmonize family tradition, the preservation of indigenous vineyards, and production practices oriented toward sustainability and wine tourism.

The reference area is the Agro Trapanese: the winery operates in Marsala and the surrounding estates, and maintains a production presence on the island of Pantelleria for Zibibbo and passito wines.

Among the accolades cited: Single Barrel N°018 was highlighted as a “Fortified Wine Revelation”; the winery is also featured in various international mentions and competitions for its fortified and passito wines.
