Winery history Kellerei Sankt Pauls (St. Pauls)

Originally established as a rural cooperative, the winery has historical roots in the village of St. Pauls. Founded in 1907, it developed from an initial group of local producers and, over time, expanded its network of associated growers to cultivate the vineyards in the surrounding area.

Production philosophy

Terroir and vineyards

Situated in Appiano/St. Pauls in the Überetsch area of South Tyrol, production comes from vineyards situated at approximately 300–700 metres above sea level on a variety of soils, which allow variations in exposure and microclimates.
