Winery history Tenuta Meraviglia

The project originated with the acquisition of the Bulgheroni group's Bolgheri estates and the conversion of a former quarry into a cellar carved into the rock; the complex was designed by Studio Tori with an approach to landscape and architectural regeneration, supported by documented investment and construction choices focused on sustainability.

Production philosophy

The estate pursues regenerative agriculture and organic production, favoring varietal expression and participates in corporate sustainability certification processes.

Terroir and vineyards

Vineyards on the hills of Donoratico/Bolgheri characterized by a mixed stratigraphy with the presence of the vulcanites of San Vincenzo: lean, stony soils that lend minerality and structure to the wines, with microclimates moderated by proximity to the sea.

Awards and recognitions

The Bolgheri Superiore "Maestro di Cava" 2020 was named among the "Best in Show" at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2025, according to industry publications.
