Winery Valentini di Weinfeld

The brand pays tribute to Arminio Valentini, a pioneer of Traditional Method production in Vallagarina: the first bottles were produced in 1899, and the name is today preserved and marketed by the Vivallis winery. The modern operation combines historical legacy with the winemaking and aging practices typical of Trento DOC.

Strong focus on terroir and quality: the wines are crafted to express the freshness and minerality of the Trentino hills through the Traditional Method, with careful vineyard work and long periods on the lees for the reserve wines.

Production tied to the Vallagarina area, using grapes sourced from hillside vineyards such as the hills of Volano and mountain areas of Trentino. The headquarters and wine shop are located in Nogaredo.

Recognitions and scores at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2023. Listed in the Guida Veronelli as a "sparkling wine producer".
