Winery Villa S.Andrea

Villa is located in the ancient village of Fabbrica and preserves historic cellars carved into the hillside that reflect the estate’s long relationship with local viticulture. In addition to hospitality and agritourism, the property is run as an agricultural estate that leverages its historic spaces and facilities for wine production and aging.

The estate combines respect for tradition with attention to innovation in the vineyard and winery, prioritizing hands-on practices and grape selection to express the character of Chianti Classico.

The estate is located in the hamlet of Fabbrica, in the municipality of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, in the Chianti Classico hills. The vineyards are planted on hillside slopes with favorable exposure and lie at around 250–300 m above sea level; the estate's main production is Chianti Classico DOCG.
