On the nose, notes of ripe cherry, violet, and light spicy hints can be perceived, the result of an aging process that skillfully combines traditional passage in oak barrels with careful attention to aging times. The sip reveals harmony, with soft but firm tannins and a lively freshness that gives balance to the wine, making it ideal to accompany typical dishes such as grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and savory first courses.
