The Poli family has long been active in the grappa tradition in Santa Massenza, a village in the Valle dei Laghi known for distillation. Company sources report local historical roots dating back to the 1500s; the family distillery has been operating as an established business since 1959. In the 1970s Giovanni Poli helped elevate grappa as a premium product; today production remains family-run, with subsequent generations involved in management.
