Giovanni Poli, a renowned distillery located in the heart of Veneto, presents one of its most fascinating creations: Moscato Grappa. This artisanal distillation captures the essence and delicate aroma of the Moscato grape, a variety known for its floral and fruity notes, thriving in Italian soils.

Giovanni Poli's Moscato Grappa is obtained through traditional methods that preserve the freshness and purity of the grape's original aromatic notes. The process begins with a careful selection of the grape pomace, gently pressed to keep the essential oils and aromas intact. This is followed by distillation in copper stills, reflecting ancient mastery in the art of distillation.

The result is a clear and crystalline grappa, which immediately expresses its rich and varied aromatic profile in the glass. On the nose, hints of rose, sage, and small white berries emerge, with a touch of peach and almond. On the palate, Moscato Grappa shows its elegant and soft body, with a lingering finish that brings back the fruity and slightly spicy notes perceived on the nose.

Ideal as a digestive after meals, it is recommended to serve it at room temperature to fully appreciate its aromatic range. It is also perfect for pairing with dark chocolate or for use in cocktailing, adding a touch of Italian sophistication to innovative mixology.

Acquiring a bottle of Giovanni Poli's Moscato Grappa means not only enjoying a superior quality distillate but also immersing oneself in a piece of Italian history and tradition, hidden in every sip.
