Producer history Pao De Sitges

Born from the idea of a British couple (Ed and Emily) who settled in Sitges, the project grew after numerous trials (sources report up to 55 recipes tested) until the current recipe was defined. The founders opened a sales and educational space in Carrer Major with the aim of also offering workshops on distillation and botanical experimentation.

Production philosophy

To place the identity of Sitges at the centre through local botanicals and Mediterranean ingredients, favouring artisanal production and transparency of the process (no additives after distillation according to the producer). The brand also aims to connect product, local culture and education through workshops and events.

Territory

Sitges (province of Barcelona), botanical inspiration from the Parc Natural del Garraf; initial local market with expansion towards other Spanish cities and abroad.
