The story
Luca Scaroni (known as Aro) is a spirits maker born from a passion for mixing developed during experiences as a bartender abroad. Back in the province of Brescia he launched the La Bottega di Aro project, initially developing GinAro and then expanding the range with amaro, vermouth and other artisanal products sold through his shop/eshop in Castenedolo.

Artisanal, zero‑km production focused on recognisable recipes and botanical ingredients; the offer is designed for both tasting and mixing, with attention to local character and Euro‑Asian flavour creativity.
