Yuntaku is an amaro brand that blends the Italian tradition of digestive amaro with Japanese culture and ingredients. The flagship product is a goya-based amaro (bitter melon), produced in small batches and designed to pair with Japanese and fusion cuisine.

Producer history Yuntaku
The idea was born during founders Benedetta Santinelli and Simone Rachetta's trip to Okinawa. Fascinated by goya, they conducted about two years of experimentation during the lockdown to refine the recipe. Production, entrusted to a historic Italian distillery with liquor-making know-how, launched on the market in January 2023 with distribution handled by Velier.

To build a bridge between Japanese culinary culture and the Italian amaro tradition, highlighting authentic eastern ingredients and an artisanal approach that prioritizes infusion and respect for the product both at the table and in mixology.
