This spirit is born from a careful selection of fine grapes, masterfully distilled according to traditional methods that respect the identity of the native grape varieties. The aging in wooden barrels gives a rich and enveloping aromatic complexity, capable of expressing notes of ripe fruit, delicate spices, and light herbal tones.
On the palate, it is elegant and persistent, with a pleasant softness that balances the vigorous alcoholic structure. Perfect as a digestif, this acquavite is also ideal for slow appreciation with meditation or to accompany traditional local desserts, enhancing their flavors without weighing them down. A spirit that tells with refined intensity the character of the Alpine territory.

Distillation
Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.
Ageing
Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
