The Acquavite di Lamponi 50cl of Himbeere Privat is born from the careful distillation of the best raspberries grown in the Alpine valleys of South Tyrol, a land that thanks to its microclimate favors the optimal ripening of these small red fruits, rich in intense and fresh aromas.

This fine distillate, produced by the Roner distillery, stands out for its purity and for the high aromatic concentration that tells the character of the territory. The acquavite is obtained from a slow and delicate steam distillation, which preserves the natural raspberry aromas without enhancing excessively alcoholic notes.

On the nose, vibrant and sweet fruity scents are perceived, accompanied by a light floral touch and a pleasant final freshness. On the palate, it is soft, elegant, and enveloping, ideal as an after-dinner drink or to enrich desserts based on red fruits. A distillate that enhances the local wine and food heritage and the craftsmanship of South Tyrolean distillation.

Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
