The Acquavite di Lamponi 70cl - Waldhimbeergeist - Roner is born from a careful selection of the best raspberries harvested in the heights of South Tyrol, a land rich in biodiversity and microclimates ideal for enhancing fruity nuances. This distillate, produced through the technique of cold maceration of the fruits in pure alcohol followed by slow distillation in copper stills, preserves intact the unmistakable aroma and vibrant sweetness of wild raspberries.
On the palate, it stands out for its crystalline purity, with aromatic sensations ranging from the intense scent of fresh raspberry to light and floral notes, accompanied by a clean and harmonious finish.
