Acquavite di Pera Williams by Roner represents an excellence of Trentino craftsmanship, obtained from the distillation of Williams pears grown in the unique climate of the Alps. The result of a careful selection of the best ripe pears, this brandy expresses elegant fresh and fruity aromas on the nose, with distinctive notes of freshly picked pear and a delicate floral scent.

On the palate, it reveals a surprising softness and a clear persistence, with a harmonious balance between fruity sweetness and the characteristic freshness of the Williams. The distillation process in copper stills and the absence of aging in wood keep the fresh aromas and the purity of the fruit intact.

Ideal as a digestif, it pairs wonderfully with fruit-based desserts or fresh cheeses but also expresses its full potential enjoyed neat at the end of a meal, leaving a clean and enveloping sensation, typical of great alpine pear brandies.

Distillation

Predominant use of discontinuous copper stills; vacuum distillation in the still "Luisa" for certain products; declared double distillation for the rum; maceration for liqueurs.

Ageing

Variable aging: some spirits remain in stainless steel (e.g. certain fruit spirits), others (e.g. R74 Aged) mature for years in wooden barrels; the technique depends on the individual product.
