The Acquavite di Pera Williams Luisa di Roner is a refined distillate, produced in the enchanting area of Alto Adige, a region renowned for its excellent distilling tradition. Obtained from the William’s variety, the pear most appreciated for its sweetness and freshness, this acquavite tells with every sip the elegance of this fruit selected and ripened under ideal conditions.

The distillation takes place with artisanal care in steam stills, preserving to the utmost the delicate aromatic notes typical of the Williams pear. The result is a clear and crystalline liquid, with an intensely fruity aroma, with hints of fresh pear, sweet nuances, and an unmistakable tactile softness. On the palate, it is harmonious, enveloping, with a pleasantly persistent aftertaste that recalls the purity and genuineness of the fruit.

Ideal as a digestive, it pairs sublimely with fruit desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing the conviviality and tradition of this mountain corner.
