Aglianico Rosato Jerico IGT - Contrada Mito

The Aglianico Rosato Jerico IGT from Contrada Mito is a straightforward, honest rosé made from the Aglianico grape and presented with an IGT classification. In the glass it shows a clear, lively pink with light cherry reflections. On the nose it opens with a bouquet of small red fruits—strawberry, raspberry—accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of citrus that balances the freshness. On the palate it has a fresh line, good acidity and a lean structure: tannins are barely perceived and the salinity supports the sip, making it smooth and pleasant to a moderately persistent finish.

It works as an aperitif wine but also pairs naturally with starters, not overly elaborate fish dishes, summer salads and light white meats. It also suits fresh cheeses and Mediterranean preparations; serve well chilled, around 8–12 °C, to enhance its fragrance. For storage, consume young to enjoy its freshness and aromatic liveliness.
