Pairing Non-dairy desserts; for contemplative sipping
Albana di Romagna Dolce DOCG "Casa Lola" from Tremonti is a sweet wine in an organic expression with a balanced, recognisable aromatic profile. In the glass it shows a deep straw colour, while the nose suggests ripe fruit such as pear and peach, hints of honey and delicate floral notes. The palate is soft, with a controlled sweetness balanced by a discreet savouriness, leaving an enveloping impression without excess. It leans more towards elegance than power, suitable for those who prefer a sweetness that is not cloying.

For pairings it suits fruit-based desserts, tarts and dry pastries, yet can also stand up to blue cheeses or sweet-and-savoury traditional dishes. Serve chilled, preferably in larger glasses that enhance the aromas, and consider it as a wine for contemplation or for accompanying informal convivial moments. The label "Bio" indicates organic production under the Tremonti name.
